PODCASTS, EBOOKS, PERSONAL COACHING??

PODCASTS, EBOOKS, PERSONAL COACHING??

Where do I go? I have a speech therapy business at this time, but I’m having problems with third party billing of insurance companies. I’ve tried for two years to get accredited with several without success. I think I’m going to quit providing direct speech therapy for several reasons, but this one is the motivator do so something else. But what?

I like the idea of podcasts, but the ones I enjoy listening to the most are conversations between two to three people. I don’t want to just lecture to the universe. Until I find a way to recruit others to dialogue with me, I think podcasts are out.

Ebooks seem like a good venue. I can pick a topic, do an introductory book about a topic, then follow-up books regarding problems associated with the topic, and a third with suggested activities to help. In order to keep them within a price range people are willing to pay, I think I’ll have to see how long it takes me to write a book, from initial ideas to finished product, and multiipy that times my current therapy rate. Sounds doable.

Personal coaching was discussed in my in my previous post, but I think I need to develop an online reputation prior to providing this service.

So it looks like ebooks it is! I’ll try to link each one I write to a blog post. Stay tuned to see what’s going to happen!!
